Our Design and Development services involve a systematic process for the creation of instruction and performance improvement interventions that, when followed, facilitates the transfer of knowledge, skills, and attitudes to the learner. Here we draw on Adult Learning Theory as our foundation as well as on Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Human Performance Improvement (HPI), other proven methodologies, and various media (print, audio, video, Web-based, video-conferencing, blended solutions, etc.) that serve as the instructional vehicles for learning.

Delivery formats that we utilize include:

ILT or Instructor-led training/classroom.

Print-based (Usually self-study formats.)

Audio and video (Usually done in conjunction with print-based or contained in a digital form of delivery.)

Satellite/videoconferencing (This platform has migrated to more web-based solutions, such as WebEx or webcasts.)

eLearning (The formats below all encompass eLearning.)

• CD/DVD: Electronic delivery format 
• Web-based (Synchronous (real-time) and asynchronous - 24/7)
• Games/Simulations (Currently migrated to digital media applications).

mLearning or Mobile learning applications

Blended learning (Any blending of the above. Usually refers to web/eLearning with ILT/classroom applications.)
