Q: How do you price your consulting/programs?

A: We price according to the needs of our clients. We can price for the turn-key of a complete program or scale to do a single part (i.e. an audit of current training). Many times we are given specific budget parameters and then provide a proposal for the best way to approach the program to fit the budget. Not only do we have the knowledge and experience you want and need, we are:

1) Good,
2) Fast,
3) Inexpensive (when compared to most consultants).

And, the best part is, we deliver on all three dimensions above, not just on two of the three, as conventional wisdom says is the only way possible!

Q: Why do we need to formalize a Learning Strategy? We have one - it’s just not written down, but we know xxxxwhat we need to do.

A: A Learning Strategy is a strategic plan that you can share both internally with your team and customers, and externally with your partners. This will enable you to standardize processes, utilize best practices across the development of all programs, have consistent testing/evaluation/measurement processes and standards, and enable your learners to perform at an optimal level.

Q: How do you actually measure performance according to Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation?

A: We provide measurement specialists who employ a variety of standard techniques to measure and evaluate a program’s results, including live or web-based focus groups, one-on-one or phone interviews, surveys in a range of media, and live interviews. Using these methods, the specialists can determine the extent of the target audience’s transformation from baseline to end-state behaviors and beliefs, and thus evaluate the program’s success in delivering on the objectives established at the outset.
