Our Evaluation and Measurement services are based on Kirkpatrick’s Levels of Evaluation and include a results report to ensure continuous improvement. The process is as follows:
Level 1 Evaluation: measures how participants react to the seminars and the workshops.
Level 2 Evaluation: measures the extent to which participants improve their knowledge, skills or attitudes as a result of the program/initiative.
Level 3 Evaluation: measures the extent to which the knowledge, skills, and behaviors developed during the event have been transferred to actual job performance.
Level 4 Evaluation: measures the final business results (ROO – Return on Objectives and ROI – Return on Investment) that occur because the participants attended the program.
For the majority of our programs, Performance StrategX recommends that clients measure to a Level 3 (Behavior Change).
At the completion of a program, Performance StrategX prepares an executive summary and presentation of key findings to demonstrate both the program’s impact on the target audience and its return on objectives. This summary provides a tangible and objective evaluation of the program’s impact and success.
